About Support Site

This support web site is intended to provide customers of Green Hills Software a source of self-help information. For example, it provides short answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ), as well as a library of more detailed solutions to commonly encountered problems (Technical Articles).

Some areas of the site are restricted to those with a valid maintenance contract. If you attempt to access one of those areas, the site will ask you to login. If you do not yet have a login, that page provides a link to request one.

If you have any suggestions for improving this site or any of Green Hills’ products, please make a suggestion. We will do our best to implement reasonable suggestions, so your experience with Green Hills Software is the best possible.

If you would like to request a license to use a Green Hills product, try visiting our Licensing web site. It will allow you to submit a request for an evaluation license. If you require permanent licenses, please send a request to license@ghs.com.

The easiest way to get technical answers about our products, is to search the FAQs and Technical Articles. Just enter a short description of what you want information on, and optionally specify the host platform(s) and/or product(s). You should get a list of FAQs and Articles pertaining to that criteria.

If you prefer to browse through the available information, that can be accomplished by visiting our FAQ and Technical Article pages.

If our online resources do not provide an answer to your question, please submit a problem report. Your report will be automatically assigned to a support engineer, who should contact you soon.

If you have recently closed a support incident, you may have received an email asking for satisfaction feedback. If you visit the survey feedback page, you can provide that feedback through this website. Alternatively, you can reply to the email or provide the feedback by contacting us directly.
